I’m tall and sit at a computer all day, so I naturally start leaning toward the screen after a while. Definitely dealing with some tech neck. I’ve only just started using this, but it makes me notice almost immediately when my head starts drifting forward.
Years of laptop work definitely gave me some tech neck. After a few hours my neck would get stiff and I’d notice my head creeping closer and closer to the screen. I use this later in the workday and it makes a noticeable difference.
I’m in my 50s and sitting at a computer for years has definitely caught up with my posture. I didn’t want one of those huge collars that makes you feel completely restricted. This supports underneath my chin nicely and I can adjust it exactly where I want it. I usually wear it in shorter sessions while working and my neck feels much less fatigued afterward.
I’ve tried neck devices that were way too complicated to actually use regularly. This one is refreshingly simple. Wrap it around, secure the strap, adjust the height and you’re done. Got this because my tech neck from constantly being on my phone and computer was getting pretty bad. The first couple times it felt a little unusual having something under my chin, but I got used to it pretty quickly. Definitely keeps me from dropping my head forward so much.

I’m pretty petite, so it took a few tries to get the chin rest positioned exactly where I wanted it. Once I did, it worked well as a reminder to sit up straighter. I think someone with a more average-sized build would probably get the fit even faster.
